Over the next three years NCC will systematically move toward ALL courses and curricula being diverse in content (representative of multiple cultures and backgrounds) and delivered using inclusive teaching methods to enhance students’ educational experience and positively impact equitable student success.

Year 2 (AY 21-22) will continue to focus on supporting self-reflection and learning, examination and revision of curricula in select courses, and imbedding the use of inclusive classroom practices in our courses. and programs.  Complete the following rubrics as you examine your program and/or course(s) and develop a plan for revision, as needed.
